Dear friend,
Every season of life asks something different of us.
There are times for growth, building, expanding, and saying yes to what’s next.
And there are times for rest, pausing, reflecting, and tending to what’s already here.
Money is no different.
Case in point: I’m on a year-long sabbatical break right now…a tender, quiet season for me…and guess what? I still have money emotions happening. (Money emotions never fully go away…but with somatic tools, we can learn to work with them more skillfully as they ebb and flow through different seasons.)
Because that’s the truth about money work — it moves with us, through all our seasons.
Sometimes, we’re ready to get organized, set up new systems, or finally track our spending with clarity.
Other times, all we can do is take a deep breath when we look at our bank balance…and that’s enough.
And sometimes, it’s a season for creativity, for exploring new ways to earn, offer your gifts, or open to fresh streams of income.
The truth is, your relationship with money will evolve through every season of your life. And how you show up for that work will shift too.
That’s why I created the self-paced version of The Art of Money…so you can move through this journey in your own rhythm, honoring whatever money season you’re in right now.
Whether you’re slowing down or stepping into something new, this program will support you with a steady, compassionate framework—not pressure or deadlines.
There’s no hustle culture vibe here. No wagging fingers or loud shouting telling you you’re behind (because you’re not). Just gentle encouragement to attune to your own rhythm, the one that lives in your body, and to go at your own pace.
Inside the program, you’ll have lifetime access to all 12 modules of my 3-phase Financial Therapy framework. It’s a weaving of story, practice, and insight, taught by me and supported by dozens of interviews with wise, soulful guest teachers.
🌿Money Healing: meeting the emotions, stories, and patterns beneath the surface.
🌿Money Practices: learning the tools of money management in alignment with your values.
🌿Money Maps: creating a vision for your life and finances that reflects who you’re becoming.
You can circle back to this program again and again, revisiting the teachings when a new season of life calls you to deepen your relationship with money; to heal things that need healing, and turn down the volume of the money stress.
Because you know what? Money work doesn’t always happen in big leaps on a short timeline.
Sometimes it’s a deep exhale before doing a money date with your honey.
Sometimes it’s journaling through an old money story that’s held you back.
Sometimes it’s gently opening your bank app, and then starting again with compassion.
You can begin this work anytime.
You can return to it anytime.
And The Art of Money program will meet you exactly where you are.
If this feels like the right moment to begin (or begin again), I’d love to walk beside you through these teachings.
