What if you could get all your financial to-do’s done easily without the big, challenging emotions slowing you down?
Think of how much you could get crossed off your list if you weren’t getting shut down right as you start.
If you’re here reading this, you know that the amount of peace you feel around your money situation is directly related to the amount of time you spend getting your money to-do’s done.
The math is pretty simple: the longer you put off your financial to-do’s, the more stress you feel.
But how are you supposed to sit down and get all the bills paid when doing that makes you hypervent, go into overwhelm, and just shut down?
How can you feel confident and calm around money when you go into a freeze response while logging in to take a peek at your account balance?
I’ve been helping people with money issues for 23 years and believe me, we’ve all had emotional freak outs stop us from getting things done in the financial realm.
If you’d like some help figuring out how to weave in creativity, ritual and playfulness into your money to-do list, which I like to call “Money Dates”, you’re in the right place.
Join me in a 2-hour workshop and I’ll guide you through the exact tools I use to create a ritual infused, somatic-based process I call “The Art of Money Dates.”
It’s a creative and playful approach to knocking things off your money to-do list in a way that makes it actually enjoyable.
Join us for a 2-Hour Financial Therapy Workshop recorded on Sunday, August 4th
Wait, what’s a “money date”?
In a nutshell, it’s a time and space for you to connect with your practical money to-do’s in a way that brings in somatic-based mindfulness and big doses of creativity and ritual. A money date can be done solo or as a couple. It’s a bit like a “get things done” jam session meets a sipping chocolate ceremony.
In this two-hour community workshop, we'll discuss how to design and implement your own money dates so they’re infused with deep meaning and supportive frameworks. The workshop will take place on August 4th, 2024, and you can ask me anything at the end.
During the workshop you’ll learn:
- Why money dates are essential to your mind-body and financial health
- How to use personal rituals to bring more creativity and meaning to your money work
- The accoutrements I personally use to make my money dates feel like my very own
- Essential somatic tools and practices to ground you and your money dates
- How to work with the deeper emotions that come up around money for you
- How to create a self-care money practice - and why money dates are the first step
- What to do when you go into fight, flight, freeze mode while doing everyday money tasks like paying bills or sending out invoices
- Ideas and inspiration to help bring your values to life in your money dates
- How to incorporate money dates into your meditation practices
- We touch on financial support teams and how they can empower you in your money journey
- We also discuss bookkeeping systems
- Plus, there's a Q&A at the end where you can hear me answer all kinds of money questions from the community
The only workshop designed to help you tackle your money to-do list with grace and grit.
