Money Mocha #3: On Running with Wolves
and Releasing Broken Money Stories

written by Bari Tessler November 10, 2014

Grab a favorite beverage and indulge in our Money Mochas Series: mini-jolts of sweet, delicious money clarity. These bite-sized morsels are all heart-plucked from the member’s only area of my beloved year-long money school: The Art of Money.

This series is our way of celebrating opening our doors (and hearts!) for the early bird group of Art of Money 2016 students. (The program begins in January 2016, but we’re opening the doors between November 1 and November 15th, 2015 for those who are ready to get started now with the early bonus classes and materials.)

These Money Mochas will give you a delightful taste of the Art of Money experience. If you love this Money Mocha as much as we hope, you can learn more about The Art of Money 2016 (open now!) right here.

Dear Community,

If you’ve been around these parts for more than a minute, you know how gentle and playful my approach to money is.

I encourage chocolate and red wine and candles and cozy snuggles with your honey … anything you need to make the experience soft and sweet and meaningful.

This is all true and beautiful. And so helpful for the emotional healing work so many of us need to do around money.

But the truth is, there’s another side to all of this. One that’s deeper and darker.

We all have areas of our Money Story that need to be grieved, released, and let go.

Dreams that didn’t come to fruition. Paths not taken. Metaphorical deaths, both large and small.

When we find ways to honor these parts of ourselves, write love notes to them, adorn their graves with flowers … we can let them go. We can move forward. We can feel lighter, freer, and more whole.

This grieving and releasing work is a core component of the Money Healing phase of the Art of Money journey. And today, I’d like to give you a taste of the experience.

Here, I read a gorgeous excerpt from Women Who Run with the Wolves, and discuss how it connects to Money Healing work.

It’s deep, rich, beautiful stuff … about laying things to rest, consciously honoring them, so we can get current and complete … and move forward.

Sit back, relax, and let this audio guide you to just the right places within your life story.

This is the third installment of our Money Mochas series: a free taste of the Art of Money experience.

If you like this piece, chances are you’d love the Art of Money. It’s my year-long money school … and the doors are now open for early birds for just a wee bit!

P.S. The Art of Money only begins once a year, in January. It’s open for early bird registration right now, for a short time, for the folks who are ready to begin their journey with extra, early live classes, rituals, ebooks, and workbooks…before the program gets under way in earnest in January of 2016.

If you’d love to join us, we want to make sure you know about it — and get a great taste of what it’s like. That’s why we’re sharing our Money Mochas series with you: mini-jolts of money clarity, pulled straight from the Art of Money.

We hope you love this short series as much as we do!
