Dear Friend,
If you’re new around here—welcome. And if you happened to miss my sabbatical announcement, you can catch up on that right here: After 24 Years, This Will Be My Last Live Class (and I’m Not on Sabbatical… Yet).
While my year-long sabbatical (a full pause from teaching, speaking, and private sessions) officially begins in August, I want you to know that the Art of Money heartbeat will continue in gentle ways while I’m away.
✨ My team will continue sending out a monthly newsletter—filled with financial therapy reflections, soulful interviews, and personal updates from behind the scenes.
✨ We’ll also be offering a special sale on my Art of Money digital materials, along with a way for you to join our weekly co-working sessions for loving, grounded accountability and support.
✨ And quietly in the background, my team will be tending to some beautiful legacy projects—thoughtful offerings we’ll share as they slowly and intentionally come to life over the next year.
So… what are legacy projects?
Think of them as thoughtful, heart-led ways to carry this work forward—especially while I step back to rest and reflect.
We’re dreaming into offerings that give you access to my body of work in more accessible, bite-sized, and lower-cost ways. This might look like:
- A deck of cards with gentle money reflections and practices
- Self-published tools to guide you through key money themes I’ve been teaching for years—like Overcoming Underearning, Creating a Self-Care-Based Money Practice, or Writing Your Money Memoir
- Curated content from my archives so you can explore specific areas of your money life at your own pace
For now, I want to share something I’m really excited about:
A recent interview with Kim Kimball, who offers sustainable growth coaching for highly sensitive folks.
👋 Raise your hand if you’re a highly sensitive human?
That’s me, too. I don’t talk about it all the time, but I’m a full member of this club. So when Kim reached out to invite me into a conversation, and I saw the tender, thoughtful work she does—I said an immediate yes.
Kim created such a nourishing space for this conversation. I could feel the slow pacing, the deep listening, and the gentleness woven through every moment.
Together, we explored how emotions, body awareness, and practical tools can come together to create a healthier, more sustainable relationship with money—especially for highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and values-led entrepreneurs.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by money decisions, ashamed of your patterns, or unsure how to build a business that feels good in your body and your bank account… this one’s for you.
In the episode, we talk about:
- The mind-body-money connection
- How somatic tools can support financial clarity
- Why some entrepreneurs earn plenty but still feel scarcity
- The Enneagram and insights into your money story
- Aligning your business model with your nervous system and your goals

I hope this conversation brings you some breath, some clarity, or even just a feeling of being gently understood.
As always, please take such good care of yourself. Find those little moments of resourcing—whether that’s a walk outside, a cuddle with your animal friend, or a hot (or cold) shower to reset your nervous system. Whatever helps you feel more grounded, present, and enough.
Sending my dearest wishes,

P.S. As we dream into these legacy offerings, I’d love to hear from you.
Is there a particular theme, resource, or format that would feel especially supportive to you right now?
Send us a note at [email protected] and let us know—we’re listening.
