Dear Community,
If you tried to join me on the live Facebook event I did yesterday but couldn’t get on, please accept my sincere apologies. I’ll explain what happened in a sec.
But don’t worry, I’ve got the full recording of the event for you below.
If you’re curious about what happened behind the scenes, here’s the story…
If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you’ll know that I’m not a huge fan of communicating via live video. I love, love, love to enter a mental, emotional, and meditative state by teaching live on an old-school landline phone. (I may have an online business, but you can’t take the 70’s out of this girl.)
I can light my candles, close my eyes, get on a call, and enter my zone to teach and support people on a live call.
But I wanted to give this Facebook Live thing a try so I could reach more of you with a bit of live tele-presence-look-I’m-in-your-living-room kind of experience.
The thing is, I was SO EXCITED to do the Facebook Live event yesterday afternoon that I forgot to set the privacy setting on the video to Public! Oy vey!
50 minutes into the call, someone on my team let me know what was going on, and that a large group of people were trying to get on the live video feed but couldn’t.
Oh boy…deep breath. I had just finished the whole first part of the event but only those who are friends with me on Facebook could see the live video.
Another deep breath. I realized I needed to start a new live video and set it to “public,” which I did. By that time, I was just starting the Q and A portion of the call.
If you tried to get on the live feed but couldn’t, I am so sorry. I’m obviously new to using Facebook Live. (This was literally my first time using it, apart from a 2 minute test I did on Saturday.)
I feel horrible about wasting your time if you carved out a spot in your day to join me but then you couldn’t.
I’m using this as a big learning experience, but for now, I wanted to send you a link so you can at least watch the recordings of part 1 and part 2 of yesterday’s live event.
You can view them right here on this post, and if you click through on the links below each video, you can hop over to Facebook and leave comments or ask questions below each video. I’m keeping a close eye on the comments and would be glad to answer any questions if you leave them there.
Despite the tech setting mishap, I was plugged into some kind of electrical circuit yesterday. I had SO MUCH FUN doing the live video. Who knew!?
In the call, I covered a lot of wonderful topics, shared my three phase Art of Money methodology, and three somatic and practical tools you can start using right now. I also talk about the Art of Money program and answered a handful of questions that came in while I was broadcasting. (You can still ask questions too! I’ll do my best to answer them in the comments below the videos.)
If you’re new to me and the Art of Money work, I highly recommend having a watch of these two Facebook live videos. There’s lots of useful bits you can try out right now to begin healing your relationship with money.
Watch Part One above or hop on Facebook right here to comment.
Watch Part Two above or hop on Facebook right here to comment.
Okay, my dear friend. Onwards into another day in life, learning from the mistakes of yesterday, and taking another step towards our goals, whatever they are for each of us.
I hope you enjoy the recordings if you take a moment to have a watch!
More coming soon, as we’re heading into the last handful of days before we begin the Art of Money 2019 program! We have a lovely community in the program already…several hundreds of people from 20 different countries around the world.
You can learn more about the Art of Money 2019 program right here.
If you’re feeling the call to join us, I can’t wait to welcome you into the community on February 1st!
With my dearest wishes,
~Bari Tessler
